Back from the Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) convention in Vegas! It was a great experience! 
I got to meet a bunch of the people from the Digital Wedding Chat forum! They were seriously the nicest bunch of people you could get a bit sloppy drunk with! I think everyone woke with a bit of a hangover the next day..and it was definitely worth it!
I also went to seminars given by many of the industry’s top wedding photographers. I particularly liked Jerry Ghionis’ seminar. His before and after shots were eye opening! After seeing his presentation, how can you help but look at a room you’re about to shoot differently? I picked up a set of his picpockets. I’m still going through them, but the word that comes to mind…inspirational!
My next big adventure is scheduled for this Friday! Unfortunately, it’s not photogrpahy related; I’m going in for hernia surgery. Wish me luck!
